It is better to recite Du`a from memory during prayer, and the Du`a should be short. If you read Du`a from a piece of paper during the Tashahhud or between the two prostrations, there is nothing wrong with that.

There is nothing wrong with a woman praying in a place where men can see her, such as Al-Masjid Al-Haram or the courtyard of a mosque, or wherever she needs to pray in the countryside and so on, so long as she covers all of her body, even her face and hands, according to the more correct view.

There is nothing wrong with delaying Dhuhr and `Asr prayers for about an hour after the Adhan if delaying them enables Muslims to gather and pray in congregation.
