Should he do ‘Umrah or spend the money on Jihad and propagating knowledge and on the poor?

It seems that it is possible to combine the two, if you are economical in spending on ‘Umrah, especially ‘Umrah in Ramadan. If you cannot combine the two, then that which brings benefit to you and others is what is better. Based on that, Jihad, propagating knowledge and meeting the needs of the needy is better. End quote.
