Praise be to Allaah.
No,
there is no adhaan or iqaamah for them. If you do wudoo’ and then pray
as much as you like, such as Salaat al-Duhaa, or after Zuhr, or in the
last part of the night, or at any other time, apart from the times when
salaah is not allowed, these prayers are to be done without adhaan or
iqaamah. It was not narrated that when the Messenger of Allaah
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stood up to pray [any optional
prayer], he gave the adhaan or the iqaamah. The adhaan and iqaamah are
only for the obligatory prayers. But for Taraaweeh, Witr and other optional
prayers, there is no adhaan or iqaamah, as the scholars have stated,
and as is the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the Khulafaa’ al-Raashideen.
And Allaah knows best.
